The Master Bedroom features a queen size bed, TV and french doors that open to the deck and screen porch, also accessed from the Dining Area and the Living Room.

Built in 1998 and with approximately 2250 square feet, you will find all the comforts of home.  You only need to bring your clothes, personal items and go to the grocery store.  All linens and kitchen conveniences are there for you. 

Open the doors and windows and enjoy the cool, lakeside mountain breezes or the climate controlled central air conditioning.  Winters are warmed by a central gas furnace and supplemented with the natural stone fireplace in the living room.  Vaulted ceilings, skylites and lots of windows make this a bright and sunny, totally comfortable home away from home.
Dogs up to 40 pounds are welcome.

Rental rates: 

Summer:  $2,850/month; $900/week
Winter:     $1,850/month;  $800/week

Pet Fee:  $150/per pet--nonrefundable

All rates are subject to 6.75% NC State Use Tax for rental periods of 90 days or less.
