$2,350 per month (or)  $725 per week

November 1, 2005 - April 30, 2006
$1,425 per month (or) $550 per week

LONG TERM RATES: (6 months or more)
$1,275 per month

HOLIDAYS ARE AT SUMMER RATES.
For rental periods of less than 90 days add 6.75% State of NC Use Tax to all quoted rates.
Reservation Fee/Security Deposit equal to amount of rent up to 1 month maximum.  Reservation Fee becomes security deposit upon arrival.
