You'll enjoy sitting on the dock right in front of the  home, drop your line into the stocked lake and come in with fresh fish -- or drift out into the lake with the owner's boat that is offer for your use .  Connestee Falls fishing license is required and can be obtained at the Administration Office next to the Main Gate.  However, you do not need the NC State fishing license to fish in these private lakes.

Complete with central air and heat, this home offers total, year round comfort.  On the main floor, only about 3 steps off the carport, are the living room with fireplace, dining area and a spacious kitchen, the master bedroom and bath.   Also, and probably the most wonderful room in the house, is a gorgeous totally glassed in sun porch which opens onto decks on both ends and overlooks the lake.  You'll enjoy hours and hours of entertaining yourself in this wonderful room.

Upstairs are the other two bedrooms and the second bath.  One of the bedrooms opens onto a small balcony which also overlooks the lake.
