BREVARD is located in Transylvania County in the heart of the magnificent western North Carolina mountains.  There are over 250 waterfalls in the county and innumerable miles of hiking, biking and horseback riding trails in the Pisgah National Forest, much of which is in this county.  The Dupont State Forest is another major attraction to the county with its 3 spectacular waterfalls, streams and hiking and riding trails.  Brevard's quaint and lovely downtown is less than an hour from Asheville and the famous Biltmore House, within 25 minutes of Hendersonville and about 45 minutes to The Highlands.  Centrally located and convenient to so many mountain attractions, many who vacation here make the ultimate decision to retire in Brevard where the climate is ideal and lifestyle is paramount.

Connestee Falls is a mountain forest subdivision, but don't envision a "subdivision" that you might see in any other city.  Connestee has 4 gorgeous lakes for swimming, fishing and boating (no gas powered motors), multiple tennis courts, pool, golf course, club house with restaurant, many planned activities and 25 miles of hiking trails.  Some homes have  breath taking views of the mountains and lakes and all have trees and privacy.  There are dedicated areas which provide waterfront access, a playground for children and picnic areas for residents including our tenants.  Located only about 6 miles from downtown Brevard, you are certain to have a memorable vacation.  Some long term leases are also available.

Brevard Music Center
